Not in particular because of the effects etc. but mostly because of the intriguing idea behind it, that we could live in a world that's made up/not real and not even realize it.neomatrix1969https://www.blogger.com/profile/18070387054798094733noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1611137573408143348.post-15585259402024138742012-08-03T21:04:31.928-07:002012-08-03T21:04:31.928-07:00Thanks for sharing your experience, that's rea...Thanks for sharing your experience, that's really what this site is about. From your moniker I would guess you liked Matrix too. The silent space scenes, the music score... it all added to the drama and the realism. Truly a movie that was burned in to my memory :-)neomatrix1969https://www.blogger.com/profile/18070387054798094733noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1611137573408143348.post-51800840253195672022012-07-05T21:07:09.818-07:002012-07-05T21:07:09.818-07:00That is correct, however, in the movie the astrona...That is correct, however, in the movie the astronauts are nowhere near the center of rotation! Believe it or not, according to general relativity, even a simulated gravity field will not be distinguishable from a real one within a small region of space.Ray Virzihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05129153446708087680noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1611137573408143348.post-27388671743901616352012-07-05T16:26:57.327-07:002012-07-05T16:26:57.327-07:00Actually is quite accurate about gravity ... assum...Actually is quite accurate about gravity ... assuming that you can create artificial gravity by rotation with the centrifugal forces.. in the middle of the rotating axes it would be a blind spot with no gravity ..Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
